What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Node Developer to join our team. This role requires a technical leader who ensures quality, performance, and alignment with team standards in all developed solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical reference for developed solutions, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to team standards.
- Collaborate with product, data, and other squads to understand business challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Prioritize deliveries with a focus on impact and customer experience.
- Participate autonomously and proactively in technical decisions within the payment ecosystem.
- Proactively monitor technical indicators, striving for continuous improvement.
- Actively contribute to team ceremonies and discussions with leadership.
- Transparently share learnings, questions, and challenges with the team.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Node.js, with proven experience in production environments.
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with integrations via webservices and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, especially MySQL.
- Practical experience with version control using Git.
- Experience with Docker (or similar container tools).
- Experience with application monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, Grafana).
- Solid knowledge of automated tests, especially unit tests.
- Understanding of event-driven architecture.
Preferred Qualifications (Differentials)
- Experience with PHP.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS or similar).
- Familiarity with microservices following the 12 factors.
- Knowledge of Clean Code, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with Redis.
- Experience with GoLang.
