At Scalo, what awaits you:
- project aimed at developing a modern solution for golf clubs and sports facilities across Europe,
- maintenance and development of an existing, stable backend based on Java and PHP running in an AWS environment,
- analysis, maintenance, and improvement of the system,
- monitoring application performance, diagnosing problems, and fixing bugs,
- direct cooperation with the technical project lead and an international team,
- 100% remote,
- project for a period of about 3–6 months with the possibility of extension,
- rate up to 160 PLN/h on B2B.
This offer is for you if:
- you have a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in Java programming,
- you feel comfortable working with existing systems and a large codebase,
- you have experience in maintaining production applications, monitoring, and troubleshooting,
- you know REST API and building integrations between systems,
- you have worked with AWS-based solutions,
- you can quickly understand existing architecture and effectively develop active solutions,
- you communicate well in English.
Nice to have:
- knowledge of PHP,
- experience with adapter pattern or other integration patterns,
- experience with distributed systems and cloud environments,
- knowledge of application monitoring and maintenance tools.
