Senior Internet Marketing Specialist (Remote/Warsaw)
Centrum Medyczne Damiana, a partner of Medicover—a leader in private healthcare across Central and Eastern Europe—is seeking a Senior Internet Marketing Specialist. Join us in providing comprehensive, high-level medical care.
Location: Centrum Medyczne Damiana Office, Al. Jerozolimskie 96, Warsaw (100% remote work possible).
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Administer, develop, and expand modules for WordPress and proprietary CMS platforms. Perform minor modifications using HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP.
- SEO Strategy (On-site & Off-site): Conduct technical and content SEO audits. Prepare, implement, and coordinate SEO recommendations. Monitor search indexing and visibility performance.
- Content Optimization: Brief, implement, and update website content specifically for SEO performance.
- Content Production: Brief, co-create, and edit content in Polish. Create simple graphics adhering to brand guidelines.
- Google Business Profile (GBP/GMB) Management: Audit and optimize listings. Manage categories, descriptions, photos, and posts. Monitor reviews, Q&A, and ensure NAP data consistency.
- Analytics & Reporting: Configure and interpret data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Build performance dashboards in Looker Studio.
- Tagging & Measurement Support (Preferred): Assist in designing measurement strategies and testing implementations via Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in a Senior Internet Marketing or similar role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing, administering, developing, and expanding WordPress sites. Experience with proprietary CMS is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Strong understanding of Responsive Web Design principles.
- Experience managing Google My Business listings effectively.
- Practical expertise in SEO techniques and tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs/Semrush.
- Proficiency in creating reports using Looker Studio.
- Excellent command of the Polish language, including text editing and proofreading skills.
- Proven experience creating marketing content and collaborating with copywriting agencies.
- Demonstrated independence, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and PHP (for code editing/modification).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma).
- Knowledge of tagging systems (Google Tag Manager).
- Understanding of basic UX/UI principles.
