Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce best development practices across projects.
- Program, code, and test systems, handling both Front-End and Back-End development tasks.
- Execute the development of complex system functionalities.
- Propose and implement technological advancements and evolutions within systems.
- Monitor adherence to system development best practices.
- Validate the quality and coverage of existing project tests.
- Validate new application functionalities before deployment.
- Monitor system performance and application efficiency.
- Proactively anticipate opportunities and problems, developing preventative solutions quickly and effectively.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute significantly to project decision-making.
- Perform system maintenance, including necessary modifications to meet user requirements.
- Conduct assembly, debugging, and program testing, alongside maintenance services for existing programs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid professional experience with PHP and Go (Golang).
- Practical experience utilizing Kafka in high-scale environments for integrations, messaging, and event queues.
- Proven experience in logistics and/or order management projects.
- Experience in legacy system modernization, including refactoring, migration, and application deconstruction.
- Proficiency in both relational and non-relational databases.
- Knowledge of SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).
- Experience working with AWS Cloud services.
- Commitment to development best practices, including code versioning (Git), automated testing, and technical documentation.
Desirable Qualifications
- Familiarity with React or Vue.js.
- Experience in scalable environments utilizing messaging systems (Kafka).
- Knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) provisioning and management.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
