Quick Summary
Senior Golang Developer - Developer Platform Team
The Leaseweb API serves as the primary interface for our services globally, powering all Leaseweb websites, dashboards, and both internal and external applications. The Leaseweb Developer Platform team is seeking a skilled Software Developer to build the leading API in the hosting market and its supporting platforms.
Product Engineering at Leaseweb
Our team of approximately 90 engineers operates in small Scrum teams. Each team holds end-to-end responsibility for a specific product or architectural component. We embrace a remote-first work model, with in-person gatherings at our Amsterdam headquarters twice a year.
Our organizational structure is flat, emphasizing independence and entrepreneurship. The atmosphere is informal and relaxed, fostering a highly motivating work environment where you will collaborate with some of the industry's most inspiring colleagues.
What is the Role About?
As a Senior Golang Developer for the Developer Platform team, you will leverage your specialized expertise to support the team with operations and R&D. You will collaborate with various product teams to define, architect, and review new APIs. Your role involves interacting with the developer community, representing the Leaseweb API, and participating in developer events to enhance the API.
Furthermore, you will design, implement, and support applications, tools, and platforms that empower our development teams and customers, including our authentication platform, abuse platform, and others.
Technologies you will be working with include (but are not limited to) PHP, Elastic Stack, Chef, Terraform, and more.
