Senior Fullstack Development Engineer, Imaging Team
As a Senior Fullstack Development Engineer integrated within the Imaging Team of the Research and Development (R&D) service, you will be responsible for the design and development of core product functionalities within the Technology and Information Directorate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical leader, proposing solutions for security, performance, and implementation aspects.
- Guide the team on technical choices, development methodologies, and the implementation of best practices.
- Ensure deliverables align with defined user stories, collaborating closely with the Product Owner and the team.
- Verify and maintain high code quality standards.
- Execute comprehensive testing to ensure application functionality across all specified hardware and platforms.
- Develop technical product documentation and installation guides necessary for solution deployment.
- Manage application deployments across development and staging/testing environments.
- Contribute to the analysis of technical constraints and requirements.
- Mentor and support junior developers.
- Lead and manage the most complex development phases.
- Contribute to application deployment processes across various environments.
- Establish and execute technical testing phases.
- Participate actively in Agile rituals and provide accurate development estimates.
- Propose and implement quality assurance actions (preventive or corrective) and conduct code reviews.
Our team operates as a Feature Team, utilizing scaled Agile practices.
Technical Environment:
- Backend/Frameworks: PHP Symphony, MySQL / MariaDB, Javascript
- Frontend: React, HTML/CSS
- DevOps/Tools: Docker/Podman, OS Linus RedHat, GitLab, Jira, Confluence
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 significant years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong knowledge of programming methods and techniques.
- Commitment to technological watch, staying current with tools, technologies, and techniques utilized by the R&D team.
- Demonstrated autonomy, rigor, curiosity, and logical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., PHPUnit, Jest).
- Knowledge of the specified technical environment.
