Fullstack Senior Developer - Health Segment
FCamara is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a client in the Health sector. This innovative, technology-driven company operates a network of medical centers, offering consultations, exams, and health services. They empower over 1000 Health Professionals with enhanced efficiency, productivity, and clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and maintain backend and frontend applications.
- Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs.
- Work with microservices architectures.
- Integrate and manage messaging systems.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.
- Monitor and improve system and service performance.
- Develop, deploy, and operate applications using DevOps culture.
- Stay updated with technology trends.
- Meet delivery deadlines and provide accurate estimates.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Solid experience in frontend development with React + Next.js.
- Solid experience in development with TypeScript, Node (Express, Nest.js).
- Knowledge of PHP development.
- Familiarity with App development using React Native.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL and Redis).
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCE, Cloud Run, GCS, Cloud Build, etc.).
- Knowledge of messaging systems like SQS and Pub/Sub.
- Knowledge of containers (Docker).
- Experience with REST and GraphQL API integration.
- Understanding of SEO and performance optimization for Next.js applications.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Datadog, etc.).
- Experience with automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
- Ability to efficiently and autonomously solve complex problems.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban.
- Proficiency in Programming Best Practices, solid understanding of design patterns, clean code, SOLID principles.
- Organized profile adept at handling deadline pressure.
- Good communication, curiosity to learn, and a proactive attitude.
