Job Mission
Act as a technical lead for our development squad, driving the evolution of our core platform. This role focuses on designing robust and scalable solutions using PHP (Laravel), while also navigating the Java ecosystem with independence and flexibility. You will mentor the team and elevate our overall engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Leadership & Architecture: Design, develop, and optimize complex systems in PHP (Laravel). Safeguard design patterns, scalability, and infrastructure decisions (e.g., messaging, cache, microservices).
- Multistack Development: Develop and maintain Java services and integrations, leveraging a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming. Deliver end-to-end solutions, including frontend development with React/Vue.js.
- Quality Culture & Mentoring: Lead code reviews, support the technical growth of junior developers, and ensure the application of best practices (SOLID principles, Clean Code, CI/CD).
- Product & Business Vision: Translate business challenges into efficient technical solutions, maintaining transparent, agile, and constant communication with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid Senior PHP experience, with deep mastery of Laravel (internal components, Service Containers, performance optimization).
- Comprehensive Java knowledge, including comfort and independence to develop, debug, and evolve Java/Spring applications.
- Strong experience with MySQL Databases and AWS Cloud environments (S3, SQS, Lambda, EC2).
- Robust engineering culture foundation: mastery of Git, CI/CD workflows, automated testing, and clean architecture principles.
