About the Opportunity
CSP Tech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support and evolve a highly critical web application in a production environment.
This hands-on role involves both backend and frontend development, with responsibilities including incident investigation and resolution, root cause analysis, emergency fixes, deployments, performance optimization, and continuous application evolution.
We are looking for a professional with strong technical autonomy, analytical skills, and a sense of ownership. The ideal candidate will have experience with production environments and the ability to investigate end-to-end issues, collaborating with Development, Infrastructure, and Product teams.
The operation requires 24x7 coverage, so this position includes participation in an on-call rotation, as per the defined operational model.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and evolve web applications in a production environment;
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production incidents;
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and propose preventive actions;
- Develop fixes, improvements, and hotfixes for both backend and frontend;
- Investigate issues related to databases, APIs, integrations, authentication, and infrastructure;
- Perform deployments and monitor application behavior post-implementation;
- Identify performance bottlenecks, unavailability, and recurring failures;
- Analyze logs and metrics for incident troubleshooting;
- Work with AWS infrastructure, especially EC2;
- Contribute to the evolution of CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions;
- Ensure best practices for security, versioning, and credential management;
- Document incidents, troubleshooting procedures, and recurring solutions;
- Interact with various technical teams during critical incidents;
- Participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or Senior Software Engineer;
- Proficiency in PHP and Laravel;
- Practical experience with React and TypeScript;
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and web applications;
- Experience with MySQL and database troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of Linux environments;
- Experience with AWS, especially EC2;
- Experience supporting applications in production;
- Experience with Git and GitHub;
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions;
- Experience with log analysis, troubleshooting, and incident investigation;
- Ability to act autonomously in critical production situations;
- Availability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
