Responsibilities and duties
- Develop and evolve features in the backend (PHP/Laravel) and frontend (Angular), ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.
- Actively participate in the evolution of the platform's architecture, including backend, frontend, and integrations, focusing on sustainable and long-term solutions.
- Design, implement, and evolve RESTful APIs, considering versioning, security, and best practices.
- Work with data modeling and persistence, operating in relational and non-relational databases, with attention to performance and consistency.
- Develop and maintain asynchronous processing solutions, queues, and jobs, dealing with concurrency and high data volume.
- Work in multi-tenant architecture, ensuring data isolation, security, and scalability per company.
- Implement and maintain automated tests in the backend and frontend, promoting quality and reliability.
- Work with Spec-Driven Development (SDD), contributing to clear technical specifications aligned with the code.
- Use Artificial Intelligence in development, both for productivity gains and for building AI-based features.
- Digital mindset, curiosity for new technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and results.
Requirements and qualifications
- Solid experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, with PHP (Laravel) and Angular (TypeScript).
- Mastery of modern architectures, code best practices, and incremental evolution of legacy systems.
- Experience with database modeling, query optimization, and data persistence.
- Experience with asynchronous processing, queues, messaging, and distributed systems.
- Experience in REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and integration between systems.
- Strong mastery of automated testing, versioning with Git, code review, and CI/CD.
- Experience with multi-tenant architecture or scale SaaS systems.
- Ability to act with autonomy, leadership, and a sense of technical responsibility.
- Good technical communication and ability to support and develop other team members.
- Interest and experience in using AI applied to software development and specification-driven development (SDD).
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
