We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to optimize and scale our robust SaaS platform, built on Laravel (backend) and React.js (frontend). Your Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with remote and hybrid engineers to design, build, and optimize scalable features for a rapidly growing SaaS platform.
- Contribute significantly to key architectural decisions and drive technical direction.
- Develop reusable APIs and UI components using modern technologies.
- Ensure a best-in-class user experience for thousands of global users.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience working extensively within the Laravel and React ecosystems.
- Solid expertise in developing web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, HTML5, CSS, and MySQL 8.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and coordinate small engineering teams (3+ people).
- Experience mentoring colleagues and supporting professional growth.
- Demonstrated success in driving engineering improvements across teams or the company.
- Strong interest in UX design, interface aesthetics, and creating elegant, user-friendly solutions.
- Enthusiasm for automated testing and Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
