Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with remote and hybrid engineers to design, build, and optimize scalable features for a rapidly growing SaaS platform (Laravel/React).
- Contribute to key architectural decisions, developing reusable APIs and UI components.
- Ensure a best-in-class user experience for thousands of global users.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience working within the Laravel and React ecosystems.
- Solid skills developing web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, HTML5, CSS, and MySQL 8.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and coordinate small engineering teams (3+ people).
- Experience mentoring colleagues and supporting professional growth.
- Previous background in product-oriented organizations with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success driving engineering improvements that positively influenced other teams or the overall company.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, such as startups or rapidly scaling companies.
- Strong interest in UX design, interface aesthetics, and creating elegant, user-friendly solutions.
- Enthusiasm for automated testing and Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Excellent command of business English, both spoken and written.
