Role:
We are looking for a professional passionate about technology, innovation, and building high-impact solutions to join our development team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer Analyst, you will be responsible for acting in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and technical definition of solutions to implementation, maintenance, and continuous evolution of products. This position has a strategic role in the development of web solutions focused on the fiscal context, contributing to the creation of robust, scalable, secure systems aligned with the constant changes in Brazilian legislation. We are looking for a professional with strong analytical capacity, systemic vision, and experience in highly complex environments, capable of transforming business needs into efficient technological solutions that generate value for clients and users. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, participating in the definition of architectures, continuous improvements, integrations between systems, and evolution of products focused on fiscal and tax management, contributing directly to the innovation and growth of Zucchetti's portfolio of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evolve critical mission web systems and applications, ensuring quality, performance, scalability, and security;
- Participate in the technical analysis of requirements, understanding business needs and proposing solutions aligned with client and product demands;
- Design and implement features, services, and integrations, considering good practices of architecture, development, and software governance;
- Develop modern, intuitive, and responsive interfaces, providing an efficient experience to users;
- Build and maintain APIs, services, and integrations with internal systems, government platforms, and third-party solutions;
- Act in the modeling and maintenance of relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and availability;
- Participate in the definition and evolution of application architecture, contributing to the sustainability and scalability of products;
- Perform code reviews, tests, validations, and approvals, ensuring high standards of quality and technical compliance;
- Monitor performance, availability, and behavior of applications, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement;
- Diagnose and solve complex problems in production environments, ensuring stability and operational continuity of systems;
- Document features, processes, integrations, and developed components, promoting the dissemination of technical knowledge;
- Act collaboratively with Product, Support, Quality, Architecture, and Business areas to ensure deliveries aligned with market needs;
- Follow technological trends, frameworks, tools, and development practices that can contribute to the evolution of products;
- Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing with estimates, planning, technical refinement, and definition of solutions;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, code quality, and operational efficiency of the team;
- Act in the evolution of solutions related to the fiscal, tax, and electronic documents area, ensuring compliance with current legislation;
- Develop and maintain integrations related to electronic fiscal documents, including NFe, NFCe, and other accessory obligations when applicable;
- Support the interpretation and implementation of fiscal business rules in corporate systems, ensuring legal and operational compliance;
- Collaborate in identifying impacts resulting from legal and regulatory changes, contributing to the continuous evolution of fiscal solutions.

Technical Competencies
- Completed Higher Education in Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in the area will be considered a differentiator;
- Differentiator: knowledge of fiscal legislation and fiscal software (NFe, NFCe, and similar);
- Solid experience in Full Stack development of web applications;
- Knowledge of programming logic, code versioning with Git, and agile methodologies (Scrum);
- Experience with development using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks for web applications;
- Experience in the development and maintenance of applications using Node.js, Vue.js, and React;
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL and PostgreSQL) and knowledge of non-relational databases;
- Knowledge of architecture, integration, and evolution of corporate systems;
- Intermediate English will be considered a differentiator.
