We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience and autonomy to lead projects focused on quality, performance, and scalability. This role involves developing new functionalities, creating and maintaining APIs, interfaces, and automated tests, while actively contributing to technical decisions that shape our digital products.
You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with Product, Design, and QA to build modern, scalable, and user-centric solutions.
Responsibilities and Attributions
- Develop and maintain back-end applications using Java and PHP.
- Create responsive and high-performance front-end interfaces with VueJS, adhering to UI/UX best practices.
- Build and integrate secure and scalable REST APIs.
- Write comprehensive automated tests (unit and integration).
- Collaborate on usage data analysis to identify performance and stability enhancements.
- Participate in the construction of technical solutions alongside product and design teams.
- Research and propose technical and technological improvements for the team.
- Contribute to a culture of quality, security, and best development practices (CI/CD, versioning, clean code, etc.).
Requirements and Qualifications
- Completed higher education in Technology or related fields (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics).
- Solid experience in Java and PHP development.
- Proven experience with VueJS front-end development.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.
- Experience with REST APIs, Git version control, and the full development lifecycle (CI/CD).
- Knowledge of distributed applications, pub/sub, client-server architecture, and transactions.
- Experience with automated tests (unit and integration).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, SASS.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles.
- Experience with ElasticSearch, MongoDB, or similar NoSQL databases.
- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of Monitoring and Observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
- Knowledge of textual analysis (Full Text Search).
- Familiarity with public bidding processes and public sector business.
- Strong soft skills: assertive communication, empathy, proactivity, and negotiation abilities.

Work Details
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 18:00.
- Work Mode: Home office.
