Responsibilities and Duties:
Senior Fullstack Developer to work in a distributed, event-driven environment with high processing volume. The person will play an active role in the architectural evolution of the platform, contributing to technical decisions, performance improvements, scalability, and observability. We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise, an engineering mindset, and experience in high-availability systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve backend applications in PHP and Node.js
- Build and maintain frontend interfaces in React and jQuery
- Work on event-driven architecture using NSQ and Kafka
- Implement caching strategies with Redis and Memcached
- Model and optimize data in MongoDB
- Ensure application observability via OpenSearch/Kibana and New Relic
- Create and maintain containerized environments with Docker
- Participate in architecture decisions and code review
- Ensure quality, performance, and security of applications
Requirements and Qualifications:
Backend Technical Requirements:
- Solid experience with PHP and Node.js
- REST API development
- Experience with distributed systems
- Good architecture practices (SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns)
Frontend:
- Experience with React
- Experience with jQuery (maintenance/evolution of legacy systems)
- Integration with APIs
- Frontend performance best practices
Architecture & Infra:
- Experience with messaging/event streaming (NSQ and/or Kafka)
- Use of Redis and Memcached for caching
- Experience with MongoDB
