About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of robust, high-performance, and scalable web applications across both backend and frontend systems.
You will play a key part in evolving an existing HRIS solution, applying a Domain-Driven Design (DDD) approach. Collaborating closely with product teams, you will deliver modern, maintainable, and quality-focused solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain server-side web applications using PHP 8.3, Symfony 7.4, and Symfony 5.4.
- Develop and maintain client-side web applications with VueJS 3, Twig, and jQuery.
- Implement modular architectures based on Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Integrate third-party services via REST APIs.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
- Actively collaborate with product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Write clean, readable, documented, and maintainable code.
- Conduct code reviews and develop comprehensive unit and functional tests.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve anomalies, from root cause to deployment.

Desired Profile
Experience
- A confirmed professional profile with a minimum of 4 years of overall experience.
- Significant expertise in PHP and the Symfony framework.
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with Vue.js 3.
Hard Skills
- Excellent command of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and related tools (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ).
- Proficiency in API design and integration (REST).
- Experience with modern testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit, Behat, Vitest).
- Professional English proficiency.
- Comfortable with versioning tools (Git) and Agile work environments.
- Good understanding of generative AI tools for software development (code assistants, review aids, test generation).
- Knowledge of or interest in the MCP protocol for connecting AI assistants to internal tools.
