What You Will Do:
- Work with a brilliant technical team that values best practices and automation.

- Work in a hybrid model, with autonomy and extensive cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities and Attributions
- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient web applications, both client-side and server-side.
- Work collaboratively with other developers, designers, and product managers to develop innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with teams across different areas of the company to integrate new functionalities into existing systems.
- Perform unit and integration tests to ensure code functionality and error-free operation.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure development best practices are followed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Linux.
- Administration of bare-metal and virtual servers (Linode).
- Experience with PHP (Laravel) applications in a production environment and related services (PHP/FPM/Nginx).
- Experience with Redis in cluster and distributed cache.
- Solid knowledge of Docker.
- Advanced Cloud and networking knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with Cloudflare.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with monitoring and observability.
- Good communication skills for interacting with the development team.
- Proactive profile, focused on automation and cost reduction.
- Experience in high-complexity troubleshooting (stuck jobs, slow queries, load balancer timeouts, etc.).
- Ability to plan service migration.
Differentiators:
- PostgreSQL database administration (replication, performance tuning, Patroni/etcd).
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or AKS).
- Creation and maintenance of automation bash scripts.
- Experience with large-scale queues and workers (Laravel Horizon, SQS, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ).
- High availability: proficiency in HAProxy / Nginx reverse proxy, DB failover, Redis/Postgres clustering.
- Costs and optimization: know-how in estimating instance sizing and optimizing cloud consumption.
- Security.
- Scalability: experience with horizontal scaling (both application and database).

- PHP experience is essential.
- Must reside in Baixada Santista.
- Availability for the hybrid model.
- Contract model: PJ (Pessoa Jurídica/Independent Contractor).
