Key Responsibilities:
- Structure and mature the DevOps area, proposing and implementing best practices.
- Analyze, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficiency, stability, and security.
- Work closely with code, supporting updates, improvements, and standardization efforts.
- Collaborate with the development team on evolving the current technology stack.
- Ensure best practices for versioning, automation, monitoring, and deployment.
- Support technical decisions related to cloud infrastructure and architecture.
Technical Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer.
- Strong background in software development.
- Practical experience with PHP / Laravel.
- Consistent knowledge of MVC architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (creation, maintenance, and optimization).
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Ability to work autonomously, with critical thinking and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Availability or interest in working in person in Joinville/SC in the medium term.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in environments undergoing DevOps structuring or maturation.
