Job Description
We are the architects of the technological intelligence that moves our logistics on a national scale, orchestrating the connection between stores, distribution centers, and couriers to deliver products across the country. What You Will Do
You will be the architectural and orchestration anchor of the team. You do not run away from a complex problem and have an non-negotiable commitment to end-to-end structural resolution. You will:
- Translate complex business rules into clear, complete, and executable specifications (SDD);
- Design scalable and resilient technical solutions for billing, defining technical and functional guardrails to ensure that the code generated by agents meets rigorous security and compliance standards;
- Create and evolve automated validation harnesses to validate system behaviors and quality criteria before going to production;
- Orchestrate AI-assisted development workflows and multiple agents in our stack for the delivery of new features;
- Act as technical lead, continuously reviewing and evaluating the quality of deliverables produced by the agent ecosystem;
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting in production, using AI to accelerate diagnostics and creating queries and dashboards for business monitoring;
- Evolve reusable engineering frameworks and templates to scale squad productivity and support colleagues in adopting this new culture.
What We Expect from You
Engineering Thinking & Ownership:
Strong ability to decompose complex problems (tax/logistics) and excellent system modeling. Architectural vision, capacity for abstraction, and systemic reasoning. Hands-on, accessible, and engaged profile.
Availability and Collaboration: Be accessible, have an easy time teaching and supporting less experienced developers and the Product team.
Software Development (Our Stack):
- Solid experience in building distributed architectures and microservices, dealing with multiple API integrations, events, and messaging;
- Ability to transition, orchestrate agents, and perform code reviews in our technical stack: ReactJs (Front-end), Node.js, NextJS, PHP (with Laravel and Hyperf frameworks) in the Back-end;
- Mastery in relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (Mongo) data modeling;
- Experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS and Google Cloud), orchestration, and CI/CD (GitLab and Argo CD).
Quality and Reliability:
- Strong quality culture: TDD, Contract Testing, integration testing, regression testing, post-go-live observability, and construction of validation harnesses.
AI Applied to Engineering:
- Experience or deep interest in using orchestrators and agents such as GitHub Copilot;
- Advanced knowledge in Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and Agentic Workflows.
Differentiators (What will make you shine)
- Exceptional Proficiency in PHP: As it is structural in our current ecosystem, mastery of high-performance PHP (Hyperf/Laravel) is a major differentiator;
- Previous, proven, and practical experience with Specification-Driven Development (SDD), construction of specialized agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCPs);
- AI-Native Engineering and evaluation of LLMs in multi-agent systems;
- Technical experience in developing ERPs, billing systems, Electronic Invoice messaging, or large-scale e-commerce pipelines.
