Job Description
We are the architects of the technological intelligence that moves our logistics on a national scale, orchestrating the connection between stores, distribution centers, and couriers to deliver products across the country. What You Will Do
As the technical anchor of the team, you will take end-to-end responsibility:
- Specification: Translate business problems and complex concurrency/inventory synchronization rules into clear, complete, and executable specifications.
- Architecture & Orchestration: Design scalable technical solutions and create/evolve specialized agents for architecture, implementation, testing, and quality.
- Agentic Governance: Define technical and functional guardrails to ensure the security and systemic consistency of deliveries made by the ecosystem of agents.
- Validation: Build rigorous validation harnesses to test behaviors, inventory movement rules, and quality criteria.
- Continuous Quality: Apply TDD practices, orchestrate AI-assisted development workflows, and continuously evaluate the quality of deliveries.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate critical production incidents, analyzing complex flows and writing optimized queries to identify root causes in synchronization bottlenecks.
What We Expect from You (Requirements)
Our Stack & Software Development
- Solid Full Stack Experience: Autonomy to work with ReactJs (Front-end), and proficiency in PHP (Laravel and Hyperf), Node.js, and NextJS (Back-end).
- Architecture & Data: Mastery of distributed architectures, microservices, APIs, and high-volume messaging. Modeling in relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL (Mongo).
- Infrastructure: Solid experience in Cloud (AWS and Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Argo CD).
Engineering Thinking & Behavior
- Ownership and Long Term: Engaged profile, embracing problems (even those that do not seem to be "yours") and focused on building a long-lasting product.
- Availability and Collaboration: Be accessible, with an ease for teaching and supporting less experienced developers and the Product team.
- Strong ability to decompose complex problems, abstraction, and systemic reasoning.
Quality and Reliability
- Deeply rooted culture of TDD, automated testing (integration, regression, contract testing), and creation of validation harnesses. Good observability practices.
AI Applied to Engineering
- Active experience and orchestration of tools like GitHub Copilot or similar.
- Solid understanding of Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and Agentic Workflows.
Differentiators (What will make you shine)
- Exceptional Proficiency in PHP: Since it is structural in our current ecosystem, mastery of high-performance PHP (Hyperf/Laravel) is a major differentiator.
- Experience with Specification-Driven Development (SDD), building agents, and using MCPs (Model Context Protocol).
- Previous technical background in logistics systems, WMS (Warehouse Management System), strict inventory control, or large e-commerces.
- Platform engineering and evaluation of LLMs in multi-agent systems.
