Your Role
Design Responsibilities
- Participate in functional meetings with the Product Owner and other stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency in development and architecture across R&D teams.
- Prepare technical specifications and contribute to conceptual analyses.
- Estimate development workload.
Development Responsibilities
- Execute development tasks, ensuring high code quality.
- Implement comprehensive unit tests.
- Serve as a QA referent within the development team.
- Actively participate in Scrum sprint ceremonies, including Daily Meetings and Sprint Reviews.
- Produce technical software documentation.
- Write and verify user and installation manuals.
- Report on deviations and technical issues to the team and stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide training and assistance to expertise centers, integration, and support services.
- Stay updated on technological advancements (technological watch).
- Coordinate effectively between the development team and the Product Owner.
- Provide regular activity reports to the Manager.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in general IT and possesses 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. You should demonstrate a strong team spirit, the ability to work cross-functionally, and autonomy in managing your assignments. We seek a rigorous, results-oriented individual capable of achieving objectives while contributing effectively to collective projects.
