About the Opportunity
You will be a key member of the Disputar Squad, responsible for one of the most strategic solutions on the Effecti platform. The Disputar module directly automates and monitors electronic disputes across various public procurement portals. This role demands expertise in complex integrations, automation, observability, adaptability to external changes, and high operational reliability.
We are seeking a Senior Back-End Developer who excels at solving complex problems, possesses strong analytical skills, and can work autonomously on significant technical challenges relevant to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve back-end solutions of medium and high complexity.
- Analyze and resolve critical technical problems.
- Participate in defining solutions for new functionalities and integrations.
- Technically lead complex demands and projects.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team on solution discussions, architecture, and best practices.
- Support incident investigations and production operations when necessary.
- Contribute to the evolution of platform reliability, observability, and quality.
- Work closely with Product, Squad Leader, Tech Lead, and other company departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Solid experience with Java development.
- Experience with REST API development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL database.
- Experience with automated tests, especially JUnit.
- Experience with version control using Git.
- Experience with socket programming and client/server communication.
- Experience with concurrent programming in Java, including threads, concurrency control, and synchronization.
- Knowledge of distributed systems concepts, such as messaging, pub/sub, transactions, and inter-service communication.
- Knowledge of data structures and system architecture.
- Experience applying good software engineering practices, such as Clean Code, SOLID, and Clean Architecture.
- Experience with Web Scraping and data collection automation.
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for software development, code review, test generation, and documentation, preferably using Claude Code.
- Ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex problems in production environments.
- Ability to act autonomously in leading technical demands and projects.
Desired Skills (Differentiators)
- Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like Vue.js and interface libraries.
- Experience with PHP.
- Experience with observability and application monitoring.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Additional Information
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 12:00 | 13:30 to 18:00.
Work Mode: Home office.
