Education Requirements:
Must possess a higher education degree in Information Technology, OR completion of any higher education course accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology, totaling a minimum of 360 hours.
Backend Expertise (PHP / Laravel):
- Advanced PHP and Laravel (Eloquent, routing, middleware)

- Testing using PHPUnit
