Required Experience and Education

- Must possess a degree in Information Technology, OR completion of any higher education course accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (Specialization, Master's, or Doctorate) in Information Technology, minimum 360 hours.
Backend Expertise (PHP / Laravel)
- Advanced PHP and Laravel (Eloquent, routing, middleware).
- Development of RESTful APIs (authentication, versioning, security).
- Database Skills: Data modeling and SQL (Oracle DBMS).
- Testing using PHPUnit.
- Performance optimization: query optimization and caching.
- Deployment expertise: Docker, CI/CD, and managing production environments.
Frontend Expertise
- JavaScript/JQuery.
- React and Next.js (SSR, SSG, hooks, routing).
- CSS/SASS and Tailwind CSS.
- API consumption (Axios, Fetch).
- State management using Redux or Context API.
- Frontend testing using Jest, React Testing Library.
