Senior AI Engineer

We are building innovative AI products and seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, ship, and scale advanced AI solutions across diverse business use cases. This role involves applying cutting-edge technologies like LLMs, RAG, and multimodal learning to solve targeted product problems, while also shaping our core AI platform with significant autonomy and close collaboration with Engineering leads.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and own the delivery of scalable AI systems and components for multiple product use cases and business applications.
• Build, test, and integrate AI solutions, including LLMs (open and closed source), RAG pipelines, MCP servers, agents, and prompt orchestration layers.
• Collaborate with product team members and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Partner with multiple Engineering teams to integrate solutions end-to-end, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of deployed systems.
• Implement fast-turnaround AI solutions to address urgent product and operational needs.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of our AI platform.
• Optimize AI solutions for performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability at scale.
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI and Machine Learning (ML).
• Evaluate new tools, models, and technologies for potential adoption.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in AI or machine learning engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, preferably in production environments.
• Strong experience with SQL for data querying and management, plus in-memory data storage technologies for high-performance applications.
• Practical experience with LLM ecosystems and modern Generative AI (GenAI) technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern MLOps workflows for scalable AI deployment.
• Experience working with vector databases and inference engines to enable efficient AI model operations.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React to collaborate with UI teams (not strictly required).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Good English communication skills (B2+ level or higher) and experience in client-facing communications, including direct interaction with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Coding experience in one or more server-side languages such as GoLang or PHP for backend development and integration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and automation tasks.
• Experience with TypeScript for building robust and maintainable web applications.
