Senior AI Engineer

We are expanding our AI capabilities and seeking a Senior AI Engineer to deliver high-impact AI solutions across various business scenarios. You will address focused product use cases using LLMs, RAG, and multimodal learning, helping to mature our AI platform by independently designing complex components with support from Engineering leads.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable AI systems and reusable components for a range of product use cases and business applications.
• Develop, validate, and integrate AI solutions, including LLMs (open and closed source), RAG pipelines, MCP servers, agents, and prompt orchestration layers.
• Align with product teams and stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements and execution plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering teams for end-to-end solution integration, upholding quality and real-world effectiveness.
• Deliver rapid AI solutions when product or operational timelines are tight.
• Help advance and iterate on our AI platform.
• Tune AI solutions for scalability, cost efficiency, performance, and maintainability.
• Monitor the latest developments in AI and ML to keep approaches current.
• Assess new AI tools, models, and technologies for possible adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI engineering or machine learning engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, ideally in production environments.
• Strong experience with SQL for data querying and management, along with in-memory data storage technologies for high-performance applications.
• Experience with LLM ecosystems and modern GenAI technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern MLOps workflows for scalable AI deployment.
• Experience with vector databases and inference engines for efficient AI model operations.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Angular or React is beneficial for UI team collaboration (not required).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication of complex technical concepts.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher) and experience in client-facing interactions with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Coding experience in server-side languages like GoLang or PHP for backend development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and automation tasks.
• Experience with TypeScript for building robust and maintainable web applications.
