Join our team as a Senior AI Engineer to develop and deliver advanced AI systems for diverse business applications. You will leverage LLMs, RAG, and multimodal learning to address specific product requirements, independently designing complex components while collaborating with Engineering leads and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Create and own scalable AI systems and components for various product use cases and business applications.
- Assemble, test, and integrate AI solutions, including LLMs (open and closed source), RAG pipelines, MCP servers, agents, and prompt orchestration layers.
- Engage with product teams and stakeholders to define technical requirements and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams for end-to-end integrations, ensuring quality and effectiveness of deployed AI systems.
- Provide rapid AI solutions for urgent product and operational needs.
- Support the development and evolution of our AI platform.
- Refine AI solutions to enhance performance, reduce cost, and improve maintainability at scale.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI and ML.
- Investigate and evaluate new AI tools, models, and technologies for adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI engineering or machine learning engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, preferably in production.
- Strong experience with SQL for data querying and management, and in-memory data storage for high-performance applications.
- Experience with LLM ecosystems and modern GenAI technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern MLOps workflows for scalable AI deployment.
- Experience with vector databases and inference engines for efficient AI model operations.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Angular or React is beneficial for UI team collaboration (not required).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication of complex technical concepts.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher) and experience in client-facing interactions with stakeholders.

- Coding experience in server-side languages like GoLang or PHP for backend development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and automation.
- Experience with TypeScript for robust web application development.
