Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deliver innovative AI solutions across a broad range of business use cases.

In this critical role, you will focus on solving targeted product challenges by applying state-of-the-art AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multimodal learning, and other advanced techniques. Your contributions will directly support the development and growth of a robust AI platform designed to address diverse business problems. You are expected to design and implement complex components with a high degree of autonomy, while collaborating closely with Engineering leads for strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and own the delivery of scalable AI systems and components aimed at solving multiple product use cases and business applications.
• Build, test, and integrate advanced AI solutions, such as open and closed source LLMs, RAG pipelines, MCP servers, intelligent agents, or prompt orchestration layers.
• Collaborate with product team members and stakeholders to define precise technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Partner with various Engineering teams to ensure end-to-end integration and guarantee the quality and effectiveness of deployed AI systems.
• Implement quick turnaround AI solutions to meet urgent product and operational demands.
• Contribute significantly to the development and continuous evolution of our core AI platform.
• Optimize AI solutions for superior performance, cost efficiency, and maintainability at scale.
• Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in AI and Machine Learning (ML).
• Evaluate new tools, models, and technologies for potential organizational adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in AI or machine learning engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, ideally within production environments.
• Strong expertise with SQL for data querying and management, alongside experience with in-memory data storage technologies for high-performance applications.
• Proven experience working within LLM ecosystems and modern Generative AI (GenAI) technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Solid understanding of major cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern MLOps workflows necessary for scalable AI deployment.
• Experience working with vector databases and inference engines to support efficient AI model operations.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React is helpful for collaborating with UI teams, though not strictly required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments.
• Good English communication skills (B2+ level or higher) and experience in client-facing communications, including direct interaction with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Coding experience in one or more server-side languages such as GoLang or PHP for backend development and integration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and automation tasks.
• Experience with TypeScript for building robust and maintainable web applications.
