Senior AI Engineer

We are expanding our AI capabilities and are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to deliver high-impact solutions across many business scenarios. You will tackle focused product use cases using LLMs, RAG, and multimodal learning, and help mature an AI platform by designing complex components independently with support from Engineering leads—apply today.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable AI systems and reusable components to solve a range of product use cases and business applications
• Develop, validate, and connect AI solutions including LLMs (open and closed source), RAG pipelines, MCP servers, agents, or prompt orchestration layers
• Align with product team members and stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements and execution plans
• Coordinate with multiple Engineering teams to integrate solutions end-to-end and uphold quality and real-world effectiveness
• Deliver rapid AI solutions when product or operational timelines are tight
• Help advance and iterate on our AI platform
• Tune AI solutions for scalability, cost efficiency, performance, and maintainability
• Monitor the latest developments in AI and ML to keep approaches current
• Assess new tools, models, and technologies for possible adoption

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in AI or machine learning engineering roles
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, ideally in production environments
• Strong experience with SQL for data querying and management, along with in-memory data storage technologies for high-performance applications
• Experience working with LLM ecosystems and modern GenAI technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, and LangChain
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern MLOps workflows for scalable AI deployment
• Experience working with vector databases and inference engines to support efficient AI model operations
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React is helpful for collaborating with UI teams, though not required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Good English communication skills (B2+ level or higher) and experience in client-facing communications, including direct interaction with stakeholders

Nice to have

• Coding experience in one or more server-side languages such as GoLang or PHP for backend development and integration
• Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and automation tasks
• Experience with TypeScript for building robust and maintainable web applications
