• We work exclusively in Remote Work, and you can carry out the activity from anywhere. Meetings (few), communications, and activities can all be completed with a computer, a smartphone, and a connection.
• You will not have strict time constraints but only activities to complete by a certain deadline: we use digital collaboration tools to exchange data, communicate, organize ourselves better, and optimize the use of time. For reference, the activities are designed for a commitment of approximately 30/35 hours per week.

Compensation

The starting compensation is €3000/month gross + end-of-year productivity bonus based on achieving goals agreed upon in advance with the entire team. The overall remuneration range is €2,500.00 - €3,000.00 per month.

Activities (Key Responsibilities)

You will join a team currently consisting of a project manager, two other full stack developers, an analyst, and a front end developer. Your role will be to manage the continuous development of the various Web Applications we use in our projects (and possibly create new ones), built with the Laravel/Vue framework and on MySQL database, adding functionality, making modifications, or correcting bugs based on project needs. These are therefore the main activities to be carried out:

• Create and update primarily backend modules and frontend components.
• Perform unit and functional tests, potentially reviewing code written by other developers.
• Meet with the development team to coordinate work and discuss modifications, improvements, and new features.
• Analyze application performance to optimize loading times and server load.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least a three-year degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• One or more work experiences (Minimum 1 year experience as a web developer required).
• Excellent knowledge of PHP, Client/Server architectures, HTTP protocol, HTML, CSS, Javascript/Typescript, SQL language, and MySQL database.
• Knowledge or experience with the Laravel / Vue framework and the design and development of REST APIs.
• Familiarity with code versioning systems (Git), cloud systems (AWS), and containerization (Docker).
• You have your own VAT number (Partita IVA) or are willing to open one shortly.
• Availability to commit Monday and Thursday for team meetings.
• Strong ethical sense, self-motivation skills, and ability to manage your agenda with self-discipline.
• Language: Italian (Mandatory).
