As a Backend Developer, you will implement robust solutions, engaging in challenging projects that involve developing APIs, modeling databases, and optimizing application performance. You will collaborate with the team to ensure code quality and system scalability, evaluating and identifying appropriate solutions to minimize product risks and negative customer impacts.

Responsibilities and Attributions
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Making a significant impact by building products focused on optimizing national e-commerce freight logistics.
- Working within agile squads to deliver continuous value to our customers.
- Architecting and developing technology solutions with a focus on integrating logistics solutions for packages, applying best practices for scalability, security, and quality.
- Contributing to your team and peers through thorough code reviews.
- Performing software maintenance, prioritizing project security and quality.
- Proactively monitoring applications using professional monitoring and observability tools.
- Analyzing and validating project feasibility and task prioritization with your team.
- Planning continuous deliveries, maintenance, and responding to incidents.
- Proposing new technologies and services to add value.
- Working with agile methodologies.
- Engaging in continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Requirements and Qualifications
To Excel in This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience as a software developer with a focus on web/back-end.
- Proficiency with PHP and the Laravel Framework.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with Docker in development environments.
- Practical knowledge in implementing Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Understanding of web technology fundamentals and key protocols/standards: TCP/UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, SSH, FTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, WebSocket, OAuth, JWT, RestFul.
- Solid experience with collaborative workflows (GitHub, GitLab, or BitBucket).
- Strong teamwork skills and excellent interpersonal communication.
- An analytical, proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn.
We'd Love It If You Also Have:
- Experience with AWS cloud services such as S3, SQS, and SNS.
- Practical experience with monitoring and observability.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of OWASP TOP 10.
- Experience with MongoDB.
- Experience with NestJS/Typescript.
- Experience in development with agile methodologies.
- Knowledge in developing high-availability software.
