Recruitment Consultant II, Technology (Contract)

Join Guidepoint's Global Talent Acquisition Team. This open-ended contract role focuses on technical recruiting across the United States and Canada, specializing in direct sourcing for hard-to-fill positions in Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, and other advanced technologies.

The incumbent reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Technology in New York.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Consultants are expected to meet the following monthly KPIs:

• Source Candidates Leading to Hires in IC and Senior Manager technology roles.
• Candidates Sourced & Outreached: 100 Per Week.
• LinkedIn InMail Response Rate: 20%.
• TA Screens Per Week: 20 (60 Minutes Per Interview/20 Hours Per Week).
• New Active Candidates Per Week (Post TA Screen): 5.
• Candidate Conversion from TA Interview to Hiring Manager Interview: 75%.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
• Confidence in creating independent sourcing strategies and Boolean search strings.
• Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, including project management and sophisticated search parameters.
• Experience sourcing beyond LinkedIn using tools like GitHub and performing Google X-ray searches.
• Excellent communication skills for interviewing senior technology candidates.
• Sophisticated offer negotiation skills necessary to close candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and recruiting in a fast-paced environment for hard-to-fill technology roles (Engineering, AI, ML, Data Science).
• Strong acumen and understanding of tech stacks including PHP Engineering, .Net, and DevOps.
• Detail-oriented, action/goal-oriented, effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $55–$75 per hour, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
