About the Role: QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to enhance our rapidly growing telemedicine platform. This role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of product quality across our digital healthcare solutions.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for both web and mobile applications. Key responsibilities include driving our automation strategy, integrating tests into our CI/CD pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases.

This hands-on position requires technical expertise and strategic thinking. You will work with developers, product managers, and DevOps to identify quality risks, resolve issues efficiently, and continuously improve QA processes. Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust test automation frameworks.
  • Write, execute, and maintain automated tests for web, mobile, and API applications.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to create comprehensive test plans.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and fast releases.
  • Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system reliability.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve them.
  • Generate reports on test coverage, automation progress, and product quality metrics.
  • Continuously improve QA tools, methodologies, and documentation processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as PHP, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Playwright (preferred), Robot, Selenium, or Postman.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and ability to write automated API tests.
