About the Role: QA Automation Engineer
We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our rapidly growing telemedicine platform, ensuring the highest product quality across our digital healthcare solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and mobile applications. You will drive our automation strategy, integrate tests into our CI/CD pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases.

You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to identify quality risks, resolve issues efficiently, and continuously enhance QA processes. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust test automation frameworks.
- Write, execute, and maintain automated tests for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers on comprehensive test plans.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and rapid releases.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system reliability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with development teams for resolution.
- Generate reports on test coverage, automation progress, and product quality metrics.
- Continuously improve QA tools, methodologies, and documentation processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as PHP, JavaScript, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Playwright (preferred), Robot, Selenium, or Postman.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and ability to write automated API tests.
