About the Role: QA / Test Analyst
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a QA / Test Analyst, focusing on the quality of our software products. In this role, you will perform comprehensive software testing, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that delivered functionalities are correct and consistent. You will receive team mentorship, providing an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in manual testing, test automation, and API testing, fostering increasing autonomy in your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual, functional, regression, and exploratory tests.
- Create and maintain detailed test cases and scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs through to resolution.
- Support the development of test plans and actively participate in agile ceremonies.
- Develop and maintain automated tests under team guidance.
- Perform REST API testing.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in quality assurance processes.
Requirements:
- Higher education (currently enrolled or completed) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- No prior professional experience is strictly required; academic projects, bootcamps, and personal projects are highly valued.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles, test scenario development, and defect identification.
- Technical Skills: REST APIs and HTTP (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE); experience with Postman/Insomnia; web testing and DevTools; familiarity with Playwright or Cypress; JavaScript/TypeScript; Git.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation in English.
- A curious, organized, communicative, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Angular, C#/.NET, or PHP.
- Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI, Keycloak, or Cucumber (BDD).
- Experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Docker, and Docker Compose.
- Understanding of performance and accessibility testing.
- Prior experience with web test automation using Playwright or Cypress.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM with a 1-hour break.
Work Type: Hybrid remote for Campinas, SP (Vila Industrial).
Salary Range: R$4,000.00 - R$6,000.00 per month.
