Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of IT projects from start to finish. If you feel comfortable working with technical teams, efficiently manage schedule and budget, and at the same time value agile working methods – we invite you to cooperate.
In this position, you will be responsible for the timely and effective implementation of projects, coordination of team work, and ongoing cooperation with the client and stakeholders. We are looking for a person who combines the competences of a Project Manager with a practical approach to Agile.
What tasks await you?
- Managing the implementation of IT projects in accordance with the schedule, budget, and set goals (KPIs).
- Coordinating the work of technical teams and ensuring smooth cooperation between all project participants.
- Running projects in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) and supporting the team in the effective delivery of subsequent software versions.
- Identifying project risks, proposing preventive actions, and removing current obstacles.
- Preparing reports and presenting progress to the client and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring team effectiveness using Agile metrics such as Velocity or Burndown Chart.
- Working with Jira Software and Confluence tools in daily project management.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or in a similar position.
- Very good knowledge of agile methodologies, in particular Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience in planning and managing project scope with division into milestones, MVP stages, and subsequent product versions.
- Practical knowledge of Jira Software and Confluence.
- Ability to analyze project data and work with Agile metrics.
- Highly developed communication and organizational skills, and experience in working with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in projects related to the implementation of financial systems is welcome.
