PrestaShop Developer (Remote)
We are seeking a skilled PrestaShop Developer who views the platform not just as a collection of modules, but as a powerful engine capable of advanced modifications and optimization for high-load environments. Your Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of e-commerce stores based on PrestaShop (versions 1.7 and 8.x).
- Creating and modifying modules in accordance with platform standards.
- Integrating external systems (payments, couriers, ERP).
- Performance optimization of existing solutions.
Technical Requirements
- Excellent PrestaShop Knowledge: Practical understanding of file architecture, the hooks system, and overriding mechanisms.
- PHP & MySQL: Ability to write secure and efficient back-end code.
- Front-end in E-commerce: Proficiency with template engines (Smarty, Twig) and basic JavaScript.
- Git: Efficient navigation within the version control system.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the Symfony framework.
- Experience with other e-commerce engines (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopware, or Magento).
- Basic experience working with Docker.
