Responsibilities
- Consult on the design and setup of load generators.
- Plan and manage comprehensive functional load and performance (LuP) tests.

Required Qualifications
- Senior (5+ years experience): Proven experience in the conception, implementation, and management of test strategies, quality assurance measures, and test automation solutions in IT projects.
- Senior (5+ years experience): Experience with at least two of the following frameworks: Playwright, Cypress, JMeter, Jest, Mocha, PHP Unit, or Behat, coupled with expertise in End-to-End and API testing.
- Senior (5+ years experience): Experience in test automation, including the creation and execution of test strategies, test plans, and test documentation using Jira Xray or similar test management tools.
- Junior (up to 3 years experience): Experience in testing IT systems involving large volumes of sensitive data and/or critical infrastructures (KRITIS).
- Certification in software testing or test automation (e.g., ISTQB Foundation Level, ISTQB Agile Technical Tester, or comparable qualification).
Desired Qualifications
- Senior (5+ years experience): Demonstrated experience in communicating and managing test and quality assurance topics with management, clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Junior (up to 3 years experience): Experience in building complex test infrastructures and managing test activities in large IT projects.
- Junior (up to 3 years experience): Excellent knowledge of JMeter for setting up load and performance (L&P) tests.
- Senior (5+ years experience): Several years of experience using Jira and/or XRay as a project management tool.
- Excellent written and spoken German language skills (native speaker or at least C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
