About the PHP Developer Position
We are seeking a PHP Programmer experienced in the Symfony framework to contribute to the development of our e-learning platform, which has been built from scratch since 2020. Responsibilities include adding new functionalities, improving existing features, and integrating systems within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize UX and user flow: simplify registration processes, modify forms, and enhance system communication with users.
- Automate and standardize reporting.
- Expand permissions logic, implement new account types, and standardize views for various user groups.
- Integrate the platform with the online store and video communication tools.
- Expand the notification system.
- Ensure high code quality through refactoring and managing technical debt.
Required Technologies
- PHP, Symfony, Composer, Doctrine
- REST API
- MySQL
- Git
- Linux basics: Bash, SSH, curl
- Docker, Docker Compose (Welcome)
Expected Collaboration & Work Style
- Report directly to the Head of the IT Department.
- Receive requirements from internal product managers (domain experts).
- Collaborate closely with a second programmer.
- UX and graphics will be provided by our graphic designer, Kinga.
- Ability to independently deploy code to production.

- Work planning based on the backlog.
- Independence and commitment to high-quality task execution.
- Reliable reporting of work progress (using Asana).
- Availability for the team 2 hours daily between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
