Responsibilities and Attributions
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and WordPress, covering both backend and frontend.
- Integrate into an Agile Squad team, actively participating in Scrum ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, daily).
- Collaborate directly with the Product Owner on backlog management and refinement.
Requirements and Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
- PHP (intermediate/advanced)
- WordPress
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- MySQL / relational database
- Git (version control)
Desirable/Differential Requirements:
- Experience with agile methodology / Scrum
- Familiarity with Jira
- Ability to work effectively in a team (Squad model)
- Strong communication skills with Product Owners (PO) and stakeholders
