What you will be doing

We are looking for a contractor for project-based, task-oriented collaboration in the development of a SaaS system based on CakePHP and PostgreSQL, developed for the clinical trials industry. This role is for a person who can efficiently enter an existing system, understand its business logic, and independently deliver end-to-end changes.

Your scope of responsibility

• development and closing of missing modules and functionalities in MVC architecture,
• working on existing code and developing current business logic,
• analysis of application performance and identifying areas requiring improvement,
• implementing fixes and changes based on guidelines,
• delivering specific results within agreed project tasks.

What we expect

Requirements:

• very good experience in PHP programming,
• experience with CakePHP and PostgreSQL,
• practical knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases,
• experience working with SaaS systems,
• commercial experience in similar projects,
• ability to analyze an existing system and efficiently navigate the existing code,
• independence in implementing end-to-end changes,
• responsibility for the quality and timeliness of delivered tasks,
• experience in a complex business logic environment or in regulated industries.
