Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance the legacy PHP platform built with a CRM system (Sugar/Suite CRM) and Java backend.
- Resolve performance bottlenecks and improve system stability.
- Propose and implement architectural improvements.
- Develop and deploy new product features.
- Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and other teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- Design customizations based on client requirements.
- Assist teams working on the future migration to a modern technology stack.
- Coordinate closely with external vendor teams.
- Deliver high-quality outputs that represent the company’s expertise.
- Advise on best practices for architectural design.
- Support the migration of cloud services from AWS to Azure.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in PHP development.
- Experience in MySQL, including transactions, ACID compliance, and performance analysis.
- Proven expertise with CRM platforms built on PHP (e.g., SugarCRM or SuiteCRM).
- Experience with Java backend integration.
- Strong coordination skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Project management experience for system analysis and migration.
- Proficiency in CI/CD workflows and Docker usage.
- Knowledge of Redis/Memcache caching solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills for performance issues.
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.
- B1+ English level proficiency.
