PHP Developer (PHP 7+, MySQL/PostgreSQL) - Agile Environment

Responsibilities & Attributions
- Develop, maintain, and evolve web applications using PHP.
- Actively define software architecture, selecting appropriate frameworks and Design Patterns to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Architect and implement new systems or modules, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
- Create and consume APIs for system integration.
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and application of development best practices.
- Perform modeling, queries, and maintenance of relational databases.
- Correct bugs and promote continuous improvements in existing functionalities.
- Collaborate with front-end, design, and product teams for optimal user experience.
- Utilize versioning and continuous integration tools in the development cycle.
- Participate in technical meetings, sprint planning, and requirements review in Agile environments.
- Document source code, APIs, and technical processes to ensure solution maintenance and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Complete graduation in Information Technology or a related area.
- Post-graduation or MBA in the area of expertise and/or in Software Engineering.
- Solid experience with PHP 7+.
- Knowledge of relational databases: MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
- Experience defining software architecture, frameworks, and Design Patterns.
- Practice in development with clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Experience with TDD, unit, and integration tests.
- Development of complex integrations, including external systems, databases, and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Experience maintaining legacy systems, identifying performance bottlenecks, optimizing queries, and refactoring code.
- Experience in Agile teams, using Git and participating in Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective).
