The Opportunity

In this role, you will connect client needs with our product (SE Suite) resources to deliver optimal results through the use of our solution.

Responsibilities and Duties

The mission of the Implementation Consultant is to deliver according to client needs using our solution, and to guide clients through their initial steps to success with SE Suite. It's important to be ready to remove barriers, facilitate system implementation, and institutionalize solution usage for maximum software benefit. This requires applying best market practices within the client's context and understanding their business rules to ensure SE Suite configuration is fluid and meets client needs efficiently and effectively.

The Implementation Consultant will work primarily remotely but may also serve clients in person in their city of residence and surrounding regions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Completed or ongoing higher education in a Technology field.
• Experience with software and/or ERP implementation.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, Procedures, Views, etc.).
• Knowledge of web programming logic (HTML5, CSS3, PHP).
• Knowledge of webservice integrations (SOAP, UI, REST).
• Knowledge of process mapping and automation (BPM).
• Fluent or native Italian language proficiency.
• Residency in Brazil.

Differentiators

• Advanced/fluent English and/or Spanish.
• Extension courses in project management or similar.
• Knowledge of SoftExpert product portfolio (SE Suite) or competitors.
• Knowledge of quality management.
