Part Time Wordpress Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites based on project requirements.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins.
• Build responsive websites that provide an excellent user experience across all devices.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other web services when required.
• Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and compatibility problems.
• Perform website updates, backups, and security maintenance.
• Collaborate with project managers to deliver quality websites.
• Test websites before deployment and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Document development work and maintain project files.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in WordPress development (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in WordPress CMS.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce is an advantage.
• Understanding of MySQL databases.
• Knowledge of website security, performance optimization, and SEO best practices.
• Experience with Git or version control is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
