Oracle B2C Service (RightNow) Consultant
Scope of Services
As an Oracle B2C Service Consultant, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management and enhancement of the RightNow platform, ensuring high performance and seamless integration.
* Resolve production incidents efficiently, meeting defined customer SLAs.
* Custom Development: Build and enhance RightNow BUI extensions utilizing JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Develop Custom Process Models (CPM) and custom scripts using PHP.
* Configuration & Scripting: Implement business rules, workflows, and custom scripts to automate critical business processes.
* API & Integration: Develop robust integrations with external systems (including CRM, ERP, telephony, and payment gateways) using REST/SOAP APIs and various web services.
* Portal Development: Customize and enhance the customer portal, focusing on advanced UI/UX features.
* Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, conduct troubleshooting, and optimize code for scalability.
* Data Management: Manage ETL processes, execute data migration tasks, and maintain data integrity across all environments.
* Perform quarterly upgrade impact assessments and execute comprehensive regression test cases.
Required Skills & Experience
1. 3+ years of proven Implementation and Support experience specifically with Oracle CX products B2C Service (RightNow).
2. Proficiency in core web technologies: PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
3. Direct experience utilizing Oracle RightNow APIs, including Connect Web Services, REST API, and ROQL.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities, including debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
5. Hands-on experience with RightNow customization, including portal widgets, extensions, and PHP scripts.
6. Experience working with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
