Responsibilities and Attributions
Oracle B2C (RightNow) Development
- Responsible for the development and customization of Oracle B2C (RightNow).
- Participate in project maintenance and implementation.
Activities
- Provide support and training for Oracle tools.
- Study, research, develop, and refine knowledge of Oracle products for better utilization of their resources in projects.
- Research and select new tools available in the market to enhance development work and meet system user needs.
- Prepare system or project manuals to facilitate their use and understanding.
- Actively participate in project and POC activities.
- Assist with time estimation tasks and project development planning/scheduling.
- Develop and support supplements, Custom Processes, business rules, and reports within Oracle B2C.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Information Technology field.
- Knowledge of SQL, JS, PHP, and C#.
- Software engineering techniques.
- Experience in RightNow (Oracle B2C Service) customizations.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
Desired Qualifications
- Oracle B2C Service Integration and Development 2021 Certified Implementation Specialist.
Differentiators (Bonus Skills)
- Notions of OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
- Notions of OCC (Oracle Commerce Cloud).
- Notions of Oracle Contracts.
