Compensation: Earn $75 per 90-minute lesson for repeated lessons ($50/hour) or $100 per 90-minute lesson for new lessons ($66/hour). An additional $25 is paid for recording a preview video for new lessons (without students). Payment is processed monthly via Wise (wise.com) between the 10th and 12th.

We specialize in enrichment education for bright students (ages 6–16) proficient in English, often planning for education abroad. Our talented teachers develop and deliver in-person and online classes focusing on English and STEM subjects. Students are carefully screened for motivation, behavior, and English proficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-energy online math classes to small groups (up to eight students).
- Review materials and record lesson preparation as required to ensure instructional quality.
- Commit to completing a series of scheduled classes without absences or rescheduling.
Course Structure & Platform
Our small-group, online math courses feature a single teacher instructing 6–8 students. Classes meet weekly for 90 minutes on the ClassIn platform (classin.com). Lessons utilize coursework and PPTs developed by our in-house team. Training and support are provided.
Schedule (UTC +8)
Lessons are typically scheduled during the following times, based on availability:
- Fall/Spring Term: Friday 18:00–21:00; Saturday 08:30–20:30; Sunday 08:30–20:30
- Summer Term: Monday/Thursday 08:30–20:30; Wednesday/Saturday 08:30–20:30
Technology Requirements
- Fast and stable internet connection (~20mbps upload and down).
- Modern, reliable computer (CPU benchmark score of 10,000+ on www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_list.php).
Applicant Requirements
- Experience teaching elementary, middle-school, or high-school math (online or in person).
- Ability to explain concepts clearly, simply, and logically.
- Capacity to integrate personal teaching style with established standards.

- Positive attitude, engaging personality, and talkative demeanor.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Fluent in English with clear pronunciation.
