School Description

JadeClass Education Singapore delivers enrichment education to bright students aged 6-16 who possess a strong command of the English language and plan to pursue education abroad. Our students are carefully screened for English proficiency, behavior, and motivation. We focus on imparting concrete skills essential for their academic success.

We are looking for talented online English teachers to deliver live classes using materials and instructions developed by our expert staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy online classes in a 1-on-8 format.
• Review course materials and participate in practice sessions to ensure teaching quality.
• Commit to completing a series of scheduled classes without absences or rescheduling.

Schedule

For the Summer 2026 semester, classes will run from early July through late August. Classes meet twice per week, either on Monday and Thursday or Wednesday and Saturday, between 08:30 and 20:30 Singapore time (UTC+8).

• July-August: Monday, Thursday 08:30 – 20:30 (UTC+8)
• July-August: Wednesday, Saturday 08:30 – 20:30 (UTC+8)

Course Description

Our Small Group Online Courses pair one teacher with eight students for a comprehensive study program. Each week, classes convene online via the ClassIn platform for two 90-minute lessons. All lessons are fully prepared by our design team, and recordings from previous semesters are provided to clarify teaching expectations. Student interaction includes multiple-choice activities, written assignments, and direct oral communication.

Compensation

• New Lesson Taught: 66 USD per hour, totaling 100 USD per 90-minute lesson. This payment covers the actual teaching time. Additional time is required for material review, preparation, and recording a demo (without students) to demonstrate readiness.
• Repeated Lesson Taught: 50 USD per hour, totaling 75 USD per 90-minute lesson (for lessons previously taught).

Remuneration is processed monthly, between the 10th and 12th, through Wise.
