School Description
JadeClass Education Singapore provides enrichment education focused on concrete skills for bright students (ages 6-16) who possess a strong command of English and plan to pursue education abroad. Students are carefully screened for English proficiency, behavior, and motivation. We are hiring talented teachers to deliver live online classes using materials prepared by our development staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-energy online classes in a small group (1 teacher to 8 students) format.
- Review provided materials and participate in practice sessions to ensure instructional quality.
- Complete the full series of scheduled classes without absences or rescheduling.
Schedule (Fall 2025 Semester)
Classes run from September through January, primarily on Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays (UTC+8).
- September – January: Fri 16:30 – 20:30 (UTC+8)
- Sat, Sun 08:30 – 20:30 (UTC+8)
Course Description
Our Small Group Online Courses feature one teacher leading eight students. Classes meet online twice weekly on the ClassIn platform for two 90-minute lessons. Lessons are fully prepared by our design team, and recordings from previous semesters clarify teaching expectations. Student interaction includes multiple choice activities, written submissions, and direct oral engagement.
Compensation
- New Lessons: 66 USD per hour ($100 per 90-minute lesson). This covers the actual teaching time. Additional time is required for material review, preparation, and recording a demo (without students).
- Repeated Lessons: 50 USD per hour ($75 per 90-minute lesson).
Remuneration is processed monthly via Wise, between the 10th and the 12th of the month.
